The world learns better with the help of research conducted in Trondheim. Norway’s only professor of computer games, Alf Inge Wang at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), came up with the idea for this quiz-based learning game, Kahoot.
In 2017, Kahoot was available in 200 different countries. Its biggest breakthrough came in the USA. Just a few years after its launch, the learning game developed in Trondheim had gained 40 million active users per month. Most of the players are schoolkids and students who use Kahoot to help them with their studies. Professor Wang, NTNU and Kahoot are making it more fun to learn.Go to front page
